🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground pork or ground turkey

  • 2 tsp Delta Legends Italian Sausage Seasoning

  • 12 oz rigatoni or penne pasta

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped

  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup tomato paste

  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish


🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until soft and fragrant.

  4. Add the ground pork (or turkey) to the pan. Break it up with a spoon and cook until browned.
